Create Tomboy Notes in Firefox

Ever since I switched to Ubuntu the application I find myself using the most has been Tomboy notes.  I’m always cutting and pasting between Firefox and Tomboy so I started looking for an extension that could send selected text in my browser directly to a note.  After some searching I couldn’t find one so I decided to write one myself.

I’ve been using it for a while now and it seems to work well, I thought I would package it as a proper Firefox extension and post it on my site.  Hopefully other Tomboy users might find it useful.
